Job summary

Medina McKelvey LLP in Roseville, CA seeks a seasoned Controller to lead multi-entity accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across the firm's entities. You will own the monthly close, consolidate results, and ensure accuracy and compliance while partnering with the CFO and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressively responsible accounting roles, including multi-entity or multi-location environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial consolidation.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close calendar across the firm and its entities.
• Review journals, reconciliations, and account analyses prepared by accounting staff.
• Maintain chart of accounts and accounting policies across entities.
• Prepare consolidated and entity-level P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and cost allocations.
