Job summary

Startouch One is seeking an organized bookkeeper to manage multi-entity records for a fast-growing cafe and real estate operation in South Florida. You will handle daily processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financials for two businesses.

You’ll report to the Controller and collaborate with the finance team to support growth, accuracy, and timely reporting across multiple entities and locations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of full-charge or multi-entity bookkeeping experience.
• Solid command of double-entry accounting, AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, plus Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Keep the books moving daily: enter vendor bills, receipts and payments by entity, store or property.
• Match daily store sales to bank deposits and card settlements across 13 locations.
• Run weekly bank and credit card reconciliations; follow up on missing, unmatched or duplicate items.
• Support month-end close: AP/AR aging, payroll entries and reconciliations, collect 1099 data for CPA.
• Maintain vendor records and organized digital files to stay audit-ready.
