Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of store operations experience
• Knowledge of computer systems (Symbol, ACR, label machine)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to performing a wide range of duties across multiple departments
• Ability to work autonomously
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks across departments

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and assist customers with product questions and selections across multiple departments
• Perform stocking, rotation, and display maintenance; participate in inventory control
• Operate and sanitize equipment and ensure store SOPs and safety guidelines are followed
• Support across departments including bakery, floral, grocery, and market as needed
• Assist with price labeling, packaging, and checkout support as part of the cross-functional team
