Job summary

Cherokee Millwright is seeking a Multi-Craft Millwright Foreman to lead hands-on installation, dismantling, and movement of machinery and heavy equipment per layout and rigging plans. You will oversee a crew on multiple trades and ensure safe, efficient operations across projects.

The role requires supervising up to 12 employees, mentoring workers, reviewing performance, and coordinating with field supervision to meet job goals. A high school diploma or GED and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Cross‑trained in multiple trades (millwright, pipefitting, welding, sheet metal, civil).
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and crew skill.
• Monitor crew performance and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Inspect tool and part inventories and maintain job-site conditions.
