Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree completed and verified prior to start in a maintenance or electro-mechanic field.
• High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self and others.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine root causes of failures; eliminate equipment problems.
• Analyze maintenance and equipment performance data to identify improvements in reliability, uptime, and product quality.
• Know and apply operating principles and design limits of electrical distribution system components.
• Read engineering drawings and related documentation using US customary and SI measurements.
