Job summary

Itape seeks a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced production and facility equipment. The role requires strong teamwork, safety focus, and hands-on maintenance across PLCs, instrumentation, and fabrication.

The ideal candidate has CMRT certification, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with CMMS/AMMS systems, with willingness to work varied shifts and overtime. Safety and reliability are core to daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 5 years in manufacturing maintenance; or 5 years military tech field; or Associate’s degree with 2 years manufacturing experience.
• CMRT certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Ability to work any shift (weekends, holidays, overtime).
• Must lift/move up to 50 lbs and operate forklift when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a zero incident safety culture by following rules and participating in investigations.
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability; maintain records and logs.
• Enter/manage work orders in AMMS, manage stockroom parts, assist with min/max determinations, and update procedures.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers, Maintenance Team, and Operators to solve root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting, instrumentation calibration, repairs, rebuilds, welding, fabrication, and electrical testing.
• Carry out related maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
