Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a new high-automation food plant in Prattville, AL. You will maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, on a 24/7 rotating shift, and earn $41.50/hour plus bonus and overnight differential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to coach operators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance
• Multi-craft skills across electrical and mechanical
• Willing to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 plant, including nights

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment
• Complete PMs on time and to standard
• Coach operators on basic equipment care and machine setup
• Document work orders and completions in the ERP system
• Support capital projects by installing, commissioning and testing new equipment
