Zaddy Solutions is hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a new, highly automated food plant in Prattville, AL. On-site positions involve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, with a focus on safe, reliable operation in a 24/7 environment.

You should have 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance, multi-craft skills, and strong problem-solving ability. A high school diploma or GED is required; technical certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; AAS, apprenticeship, or technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on manufacturing maintenance.
• Multi-craft skills in electrical and mechanical.
• Able to troubleshoot and find root causes.
• Willing to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 plant, including nights.
• Good communicator who can coach others.
• Committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.
• Complete PM tasks on schedule and to standards.
• Identify root causes using structured problem solving.
• Coach operators on equipment care and setup.
• Assist with installing and testing new equipment on capital projects.
• Document work orders in the plant ERP system.
• Participate in shift start meetings and asset care reviews.
• Support line improvement projects.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and 5S in all areas.
