Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a new, highly automated food manufacturing plant in Prattville, AL. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage of $41.50 plus a bonus and an overnight shift differential, with safety and food safety rules enforced every shift.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated equipment, learn modern systems, and work as part of a team. Rotating 24/7 shifts including nights are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional technical certification preferred.
5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience.
Multi-craft skills across electrical and mechanical domains.
Willing to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 plant, including nights.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment (electrical & mechanical).
Complete PMs on time and to standard.
Identify root causes using structured problem solving (5 Whys).
Coach operators on basic equipment care and machine setup.
