Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a large food manufacturing operation in Prattville, AL. This on-site role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, a drive for reliability, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 plant.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated equipment, coach operators, and collaborate on capital projects while adhering to safety and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; AAS or technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Multi-craft skills spanning electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and identify root causes.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment (electrical and mechanical).
• Complete PMs on time and to standard.
• Identify root causes using structured problem solving (5 Whys).
• Coach operators on equipment care and setup.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of new capital equipment.
• Document work orders and updates in the ERP system.
• Participate in shift start meetings and asset care reviews.
• Contribute to line improvements while upholding safety rules.
