MAC Incorporated in Lakewood, NJ seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for a 1st shift in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical setting. You will troubleshoot and repair packaging and processing equipment in a regulated FDA environment, using PLCs, robotics, and sensors.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, PM records in CMMS, leading small improvement projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in industrial maintenance in regulated facilities
• Experience troubleshooting packaging and processing equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, sensors
• Proficiency with motors, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Able to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Leadership and mentoring abilities

Responsabilités

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging and processing equipment in FDA-regulated environment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
• Install, modify, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment safely
• Maintain records of maintenance activities using CMMS
• Lead small improvement projects with engineering and operations
• Mentor junior technicians and operators
