Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in industrial/commercial crafts approved by leadership.
• Two years of general experience in at least one listed craft.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains all aspects of the assigned area and communicates actions taken.
• Serves as primary contact for Property Services customers.
• Performs inspections and informs personnel of unusual conditions.
• Performs preventative or corrective maintenance tasks.
• Start up, shut down, and adjust equipment per procedures.
• Assist in major maintenance repairs.
• Participate in disaster/hurricane preparedness activities.
• Complete UTMB-required compliance training.
