Job summary

You will perform inspections, major repairs, preventive maintenance, and mentor staff; must pass post-offer test; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; on-call coverage may be required for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with journeyman-level experience in one or more trades.
• Two years of journeyman experience required or an approved pathway as described.
• Licensure/certification options may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains all aspects of assigned area of responsibility.
• Consults with customers on priority of work and takes ownership of problems.
• Performs major repairs on complex systems and ensuring safe operation.
• Starts up, shuts down, and adjusts equipment per procedures.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks within timelines.
• Trains and mentors new personnel in areas of expertise.
