Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and journeyman level trade demonstrated by two years of experience.
• Licensure/certification options may substitute for experience as specified.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform essential functions in a post-offer test.

Responsibilities

• Perform at journeyman level in at least one trade for maintenance and repair of heavy commercial building infrastructure.
• Proactively maintain assigned areas and own customer problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Inspect equipment, inform supervisors of issues, and take corrective action.
• Perform major repairs on complex systems and start/stop equipment per procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints; participate in project reviews, shutdowns, and commissioning.
• Support 24/7 operations, on-call duties, and after-hours work as needed.
