Qualifications

• Experience independently managing full-cycle AP.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, coding and reconciliations.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities across multiple businesses.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Discretion with confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the general ledger.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting docs, obtain approvals.
• Prepare payment runs in line with vendor terms and policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and Forms W-9; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with month-end close and year-end 1099 preparation.
• Support multiple companies and ensure proper controls across entities.
