Pella Carolina is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support multiple business units from our High Point, NC location. You will manage vendor invoices, coding, and payments, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.

You will prepare payment runs, reconcile statements, and maintain vendor records while supporting month-end close and audits. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities across multiple businesses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the GL and vendor accounts.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals as applicable.
• Prepare payment runs in line with vendor terms and policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms.
• Support month-end close and assist with year-end processes.
• Provide documentation for audits and accounting requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.

Education

High School diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar field preferred
