Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business preferred.
• 3 years in property management experience, including 2 years of supervisory.
• 6 months in prior sales and leasing experience.
• General knowledge of maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer proficiency, including the Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages rent collection for the district of communities, including posting and depositing income.
• Identifies and prepares sites for Sun Homes models and move-ins.
• Monitors, codes and approves invoices.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing laws and community operations.
• Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures policy adherence.
• Prepares and executes action plans for resident satisfaction and district profitability.
• Maintains delinquencies and eviction proceedings per Sun policies.
• Coordinates Lease Purchase Program (LPP) and related activities.
• Reviews residency applications and approves or denies residency as appropriate.
• Ensures communities are well maintained and meet curb appeal standards.
