Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 270-unit garden-style community in Concord, NH. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, revenues, and leasing performance to achieve occupancy and financial goals.

You’ll handle vendor management, reporting, inspections, and ensure compliance with housing laws while providing outstanding resident service. This role offers housing discount and bonus eligibility, with typical Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4–6 years in property management or related field.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations of an apartment community.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, staff, budgets, and leasing performance.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Promote resident satisfaction and timely responses to issues.
