You will develop strategic plans, oversee budgets, coordinate maintenance, and manage vendor relationships to drive asset performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background check / drug test required.
• Regularly walk properties, climb stairs, and perform site inspections.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
