Job summary

Dweck Properties in Arlington seeks a Floating Concierge to support multiple communities, rotating through a designated home-base property and Concierge Manager. This role provides exposure to residents, teams, and events while ensuring a seamless resident experience across the portfolio.

You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and guests, handling requests, packages, and maintenance coordination with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role like hospitality, retail, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for residents and guests.
• Manage mail and packages, log, distribute and audit deliveries.
• Assist residents with requests and emergencies professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for resident satisfaction.
• Plan and host resident events to strengthen community connections.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and office teams daily.
