Responsibilities include setting performance goals, coaching leadership teams, improving member experience, and managing financial performance across locations.

• Experience leading multiple locations or multi-unit teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers.

• Provide leadership to Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations.
• Set expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Conduct regular club visits and leadership meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen leadership bench.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor optimization across locations.
• Ensure training compliance and PFU course completion.
• Monitor financials, profitability, and cost controls across clubs.
• Maintain brand standards, safety, and member experience across all clubs.
