Planet Fitness seeks a Multi-Club Manager to lead multiple locations, delivering an exceptional member experience while ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards.

You will lead Club Managers and Assistant Managers, set performance expectations, and oversee daily operations, staffing, training, and safety across clubs, traveling as needed to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-service environment.
• Ability to travel between assigned Planet Fitness locations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to senior leadership.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when business needs require.
• Multi-unit or multi-location management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Conduct regular club visits, operational walkthroughs, and leadership meetings.
• Hold management teams accountable for results, policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Identify high-potential employees and assist with succession planning and career development.
