Planet Fitness in New Jersey is seeking a Multi-Club Manager to provide leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for multiple locations. You will ensure exceptional member experiences while meeting company standards for sales, staffing, cleanliness, customer service, training, maintenance, and profitability.

You will serve as a bridge between senior leadership and club teams, develop Club Managers and Assistant Managers, and ensure consistent execution of Planet Fitness

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Conduct regular club visits, operational walkthroughs, and leadership meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Identify high-potential employees and assist with succession planning and career development.
• Address performance issues promptly and work with HR when corrective action is necessary.
• Monitor daily operations, staffing, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and club execution.
• Ensure clubs maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment and safety standards.
