Planet Fitness is seeking a Multi-Club Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction across multiple clubs in New Jersey. You will drive profitability, oversee operations, staffing, and maintenance, and ensure an exceptional member experience. The role requires coaching senior staff and executing company standards across locations.

You will monitor sales, membership growth, and service quality while leading a team to deliver consistent results and a Judgment Free Zone environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer-service environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple Planet Fitness locations.
• Set expectations, goals, and performance standards for each club.
• Monitor daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and club execution to standards.
• Drive member experience, service quality, and adherence to brand standards.
• Analyze sales and membership metrics; implement growth strategies and training programs.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and compliance with company policies.
