The position serves as a bridge between senior leadership and club teams, with accountability for developing Club Managers and maintaining consistent Planet Fitness standards across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Club Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations.

• Coach, mentor, and develop managers to strengthen the leadership bench.
• Identify high-potential employees and assist with succession planning and career development.
• Address performance issues promptly and work with senior leadership and HR when corrective action is necessary.
