Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a DevOps Engineer to support Ft. Meade, MD, in a hybrid role with 3 days onsite. You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments, focusing on CI/CD, IaC, and platform automation.

The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations, work across Azure/AWS/GCP, and implement secure, reliable deployments while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related professional experience.
• Active DoD 8140 IAT Level II Security+ (or higher).
• Willingness to obtain security clearance if not already held.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain immutable IaC across multi-cloud environments.
• Build, optimize, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for high availability and scalability.
• Establish unified monitoring and log centralization across hybrid systems.
• Enforce DevSecOps practices, IAM policies, and security guardrails.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
