Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking a Unit Clerk to support the nursing unit across multiple clinics. You will perform clerical and receptionist duties, schedule tests, input orders, and assist with patient flow under supervision. The role includes data entry, intercom calls, and maintaining a neat work area.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Familiarity with computers and basic software.
• Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork.
• Experience using office equipment (phone, fax, copier, computer).

Responsabilidades

• Assists in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating unit activities.
• Performs clerical and receptionist duties and maintains the unit environment.
• Schedules appointments and tests; inputs orders into the computer system.
• Acts as a receptionist and handles calls with service excellence.
• Participates in continuous performance improvement activities.
