Coastline Orthodontics seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for patients and to support three state-of-the-art clinics. You will coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and help keep daily schedules aligned across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and handle appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Travel locally to assist across 3 clinic locations to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to keep daily appointments on schedule.
• Manage patient accounts, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain digital records.
• Support office operations including inventory and light housekeeping to keep clinics pristine.
