Job summary

Coastline Orthodontics is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our multi-clinic team in Florida. You will be the first point of contact for patients and work closely with orthodontists and staff to coordinate appointments and daily operations.

The role requires 2+ years of administrative or medical office experience, reliable transportation for travel among three clinics, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.
• Mobility: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between our 3 local clinics.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy and legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and inquiries.
• Travel locally to assist across 3 locations to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to keep daily appointments on schedule.
• Manage patient accounts, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain digital records.
• Maintain office inventory and assist with light housekeeping to keep clinics pristine.
