Coastline Orthodontics in the local area is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the heart of our practice. You will work closely with orthodontists, clinical staff, and team leaders to ensure smooth daily operations and maximize patient treatment time.

This role requires mobility to travel between our 3 state-of-the-art clinics, offering a fast-paced, collaborative environment and opportunities for growth in patient care and office coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between 3 local clinics and support multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and send confirmations.
• Travel locally to support across 3 clinics to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to keep daily appointments on schedule.
• Handle patient accounts, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate digital records.
• Maintain inventory and assist with light housekeeping to keep clinics pristine.
