Job summary

AllCare Georgia - All is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinics in the Atlanta metro area. You will manage staffing, scheduling, facilities, and financial performance to support high-quality patient care.

On-site leadership, multi-site travel up to 90%, and collaboration with providers will be essential as we scale from 15 to 50+ locations. Strong EMR experience and HIPAA/OSHA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience in healthcare or a similar setting.
• Working knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
• Bonus: Medical Assistant or clinical background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling across multiple clinics.
• Direct oversight of clinic budgets and monthly performance.
• Monitor patient experience, quality, and profitability KPIs.
• Lead non-provider clinic teams and coach staff performance.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and efficient clinic operations.
• Travel ~90% across the Atlanta metro clinics, on-site.
