NexGen Medical Centers | Nexus CPS LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Clinic Manager to lead daily operations across two Metro Atlanta clinics and additional sites. You will oversee patient flow, staffing, compliance, and performance with hands-on leadership.

Travel between clinics is expected; regular interaction with the Director of Operations ensures adherence to standards and operational efficiency. This role is onsite and multi-location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare operations or a similar leadership role.
• Experience supervising employees and addressing performance concerns.
• Solid understanding of medical office workflows and scheduling.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel between clinics is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clinics: oversee daily operations, patient flow, clinic readiness and efficiency.
• Directly supervise Medical Assistants and Front Desk teams; coach and evaluate performance.
• Own staffing and coverage; coordinate cross-clinic coverage and resolve staffing issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, documentation accuracy and audits.
• Maintain inventory, medication security, facility readiness and staff training.
