Job description

Description

Company Description

AllCare is a fast-growing, tech-enabled provider of patient-centered care, built to address a fundamental challenge in healthcare: access. Too often, patients struggle to receive timely, coordinated primary care, leading them into more expensive, fragmented settings and ultimately poorer outcomes.

At our core, our mission is to modernize the healthcare experience with care that is accessible, connected, and human, delivered through an omnichannel model that integrates primary and urgent care, combining digital scheduling, walk-in access, and telehealth into a modern patient experience. Our vision is a future where patients never have to choose between convenience, compassion, and continuity; by bringing these elements together under one model, AllCare is redefining how care is delivered ensuring patients receive timely access without sacrificing quality relationships or long-term care.

Central to our strategy is a commitment to being technology-forward and AI-enabled. We are investing in platforms and capabilities that not only improve the patient experience, but also power a highly efficient and scalable operating model. This includes leveraging AI and automation to streamline administrative workflows, reduce friction in the back office, and enable our clinical teams to focus more of their time on patient care. The result is a system that delivers both better outcomes and stronger unit economics as we scale.

Currently serving patients across 15 locations in Georgia, AllCare offers a full spectrum of services including preventive care, women’s health, and chronic disease management. Our clinical and operating model is intentionally designed to support providers offering flexible scheduling, strong administrative infrastructure, and a collaborative team environment.

Following an investment by Summit Partners, AllCare is poised for significant growth, with plans to scale from 15 to 50+ locations over the next several years, while staying true to our mission of delivering high-quality, convenient, and human-centered care.

AllCare is open 7 days a week and some holidays. Practice Managers are expected to be on-site weekdays and share rotating weekend coverage responsibility with the broader PM team. This is a hands-on role in a growing company that requires ownership over day-to-day staffing, scheduling, facilities, and the overall operational and financial performance of your practice.

Candidates who thrive here are energized by building, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to lead from the front in an environment that is still defining itself. This means we are actively updating and developing new policies and standard work to help develop and scale a successful operating platform.

The role (what you’ll own)
  • Operational oversight across multiple Primary/Immediate Care centers - utilization, quality, patient experience, and profitability
  • Operational ownership of business performance and the success of the clinics
  • Managing, and direct oversite of the performance of clinics which includes monitoring, and driving clinic level team towards key revenue and operational KPIs
  • Manage and provide direct oversight of practice budgets and monitor monthly performance against targets, escalating risks and variances as needed
  • Identify operational and growth opportunities to improve clinic performance
  • Drive performance consistency in partnership with central teams by overseeing scheduling, patient throughput, provider utilization, and center level revenue cycle management processes
  • Direct leadership of non-provider clinic teams (Medical Assistants and center staff) - hiring, coaching, performance management
  • Direct point of contact for providers on center level operational issues, concerns and performance related issues concerning the clinic
  • Clinic execution - scheduling coverage, workflows, supply/inventory, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), patient escalations
  • Partnership with Providers + Ops leadership to solve problems fast and keep care delivery consistent across sites
  • On-site presence required - expect to be in clinics
  • Multi-site travel is required - up to ~90% across your assigned clinics (Atlanta metro market)
What success looks like (first 60-90 days)
  • Staffing and schedules stabilized across all assigned clinics
  • Standard workflows implemented and consistently followed
  • Clear performance expectations in place - team morale up, avoidable issues down
  • Patient experience escalations decrease and operational KPIs improve
Requirements
  • Have 3+ years of people leadership experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Can run payroll and scheduling rhythms, keep teams accountable, and handle ambiguity
  • Are organized, meticulous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Have working knowledge of EMR systems and strong computer skills (Microsoft suite)
  • Understand HIPAA, OSHA, infection control basics and can enforce standards consistently
  • Bonus: Medical Assistant or clinical background
