Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules, procedures, safety policies, and bulletins.
• Answer incoming phone calls; serve as receptionist for HQ and District Offices.
• Respond to inquiries via SmartHub, chat and e-mail for electric and broadband.
• Coordinate outage information with appropriate departments.
• Process service orders for electric and broadband accounts and related tasks.
