Staccato is seeking a CARE Specialist to field inbound contacts from customers through voice, chat, SMS and email in an active environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ years in a multi-channel contact center, some sales experience, and excellent written and oral communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred, with firearms knowledge a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years multi-channel contact center experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to multitask in an active environment.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound contacts from customers through multiple channels including voice, chat, SMS and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service and strive for first contact resolution.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to deliver the best customer experience and accurate data in the CRM.
