Job summary

Staccato is seeking a CARE Specialist to field inbound contacts from customers through multiple contact channels including voice, chat, SMS and email in an active environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of multi-channel contact center experience, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of firearms is a plus, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and first-call resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years multi-channel contact center experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in an active environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred.
• Experience with data and customer order entry.
