Staccato is seeking a Customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our on-site team in Florence, TX. You’ll answer product questions, troubleshoot firearm issues, and document interactions in Salesforce, supporting law enforcement, military, federal agencies, and competitive shooters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Hands-on experience with Staccato firearms preferred (function, maintenance, manual of arms)
• Armorer certification, LE/military background, or competitive shooting experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls, emails, live chats, and video calls about pistol function, maintenance, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose firearm issues remotely, resolving on first contact where possible and advising on returns for service.
• Support live chat by triaging technical questions, using FAQs, and escalating complex cases.
• Communicate with law enforcement, military, federal agencies, and competitive shooters; tailor guidance to each customer.
• Meet or exceed performance targets (response time, handle time, FCR, CSAT/NPS); document interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Service, Product, Quality, and Sales to resolve issues and suggest improvements to products and docs.
