Job summary

BTA is seeking a proactive Center Supervisor to oversee daily center operations, support our teams, and help deliver a positive experience for the families we serve.

You will monitor capacity and scheduling, coordinate staffing, drive improvements, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.

This role requires travel between BTA centers and a commitment to a mission-driven culture that prioritizes children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.
• ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or childcare experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
• Availability to travel between BTA centers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness.
• Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs.
• Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.
