Job summary
Regional Behavioral Consultants, Inc. seeks a Center-Based BHT/Clinical Assistant to blend direct client care with center programming and clinical support. You will help prepare materials, run activities, and assist leadership in daily operations within a busy ABA center.
The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and hands-on support for children, with no nights or weekends and a stable daytime schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral health, or related field is required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Experience working with children is required.
- ABA experience preferred; BHT/RBT experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled direct BHT services.
- Support center operations and programming.
- Assist with environmental arrangements and materials for sessions.
- Maintain organization and clinical readiness of treatment areas.
- Prepare and organize treatment spaces and materials for clients.
- Monitor materials and communicate supply needs.
- Assist with opening/closing responsibilities.
