Job summary

Proud Moments is seeking a full-time, hourly Center Supervisor to support our growth and mission. The role provides direct ABA therapy for learners as an RBT, assists in RBT coverage, and supports center operations.

You will work under the Center Manager and Administrative Director, performing data collection, training families, opening/closing, and ensuring safety, scheduling, and smooth daily routines.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Knowledge of ABA methods and data collection practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy (60% of weekly hours).
• Support Center Manager in administrative duties (≤40% of weekly hours).
• Open/close the center and manage room scheduling.
• Oversee pickup/drop-off and daily center operations.
• Carry out housekeeping and ensure safety in the center.
