Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis seeks a proactive Center Supervisor to oversee daily center operations and support our teams. You’ll help deliver a positive experience for the families we serve and collaborate with HR, scheduling, and clinical operations to ensure service continuity.

Ideal candidates bring experience in operations and supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving results. Travel between centers is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel between BTA centers as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required.

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness.
• Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs.
• Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.
• ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or childcare experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
• Availability to travel between BTA centers as needed.
