Job summary

ACA in Bartlesville, OK seeks Insurance Sales Agents to identify client needs and offer a range of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. You will build community relationships to generate leads and maintain carrier partnerships for underwriting support.

The position offers a base of $45,000/year with uncapped commission; forecasted first-year earnings are $55,000–$70,000, plus trips and incentives for top performers.

Qualifications

• In-office position; must reside within commutable distance to Bartlesville, OK.
• 2+ years of sales experience with meeting set metrics.
• Experience networking to generate own leads.
• Ability to obtain P&C and Life licenses within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to learn new computer programs and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Establish and develop leads and referrals through community relationships.
