Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Sales Agent to develop, present and sell customized insurance programs for Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients. You will partner with the Account Management team and service new and existing clients, building an active pipeline from referrals, networking and cold calling.

The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, 1+ year in insurance sales, and an active Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in insurance sales required with above-average results.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop, present and sell customized insurance programs for Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients.
• Partner with Account Management team and provide service to new and existing clients.
• Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects from referrals, networking and cold calls.

In Addition, We Also Offer

• The base compensation for this position is $50,000 to $80,000/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $65,000 - $115,000 in the first year. Additionally, top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.

What do our Sales Agents do?

• Develop, present and sell customized insurance programs that meet the individual needs of Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients.
• Partner with assigned Account Management team, and provide service to new and existing clients
• Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues

Do you have what it takes?

• An entrepreneurial spirit
• 1+ year experience in insurance sales required with above-average results
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Proficient in MS office suite products (Excel, Word, & Outlook).
