Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years desktop support, helpdesk or related experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Fundamentals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for Windows-based systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain Office 365 applications and other business-critical software.
• Assist in configuring and managing user accounts in Active Directory.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using a service desk system.
• Travel to multiple campus locations to resolve technical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Document issues, resolutions and changes in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades or migrations.
• Train users on basic software and system operations.
