This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can support a varied set of technology devices including pc's (desktop and laptop), printers, and software installations, and is comfortable traveling to various locations to provide hands-on technical assistance.
This in-person position is based at the Columbia, TN Campus. However the incumbent will be expected to travel to other campuses frequently.
This position will provide technical support for all personal computers on every campus including repair of hardware, software and printers and user support and assistance.
Associates degree in related field; 2 years desktop support, helpdesk or related experience; relevant industry-accepted certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals.
OR
Bachelors degree and relevant industry-accepted certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals.
