Job summary

CampusWorks, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide front-line IT support for students, faculty, and staff. You will handle Tier 1/2 issues, assist with network connectivity, and help maintain asset records in a higher education setting.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to train student employees, with a focus on delivering a positive support experience across in-person, online, and phone channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in supporting PC hardware, software, peripherals, and printers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate hardware asset records.
• Set up, image, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS workstations.
• Diagnose and repair hardware failures and coordinate warranty/vendor service.
