Job summary

Optimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to shape brand voices across seven entities with a video‑first mindset and strategic planning.

You will own social strategy, run campaigns, manage community interactions, lead influencer partnerships, and report on reach, engagement, and conversions while using AI tools to accelerate copy and testing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of social media management experience with ownership of multiple brand accounts.
• Strong copywriting skills across distinct brand voices—clinical, wellness, and performance.
• Video-first mindset with hands-on experience producing Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Proficiency in social scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Later, or similar) and reputation management platforms (Birdeye, Podium, or similar).
• Proficiency with AI content tools for copy, ideation, and A/B message testing.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and execution across seven entities, shaping captions and posting across major platforms.
• Manage cross-entity content calendar aligned to campaigns, events, launches.
• Oversee community management and monitor reviews across platforms.
• Lead influencer programs and report on reach, engagement, and conversions; use AI for copy testing.
