Job summary

Concord Technologies is seeking a Content and Social Media Strategist (Contract) to shape brand-aligned content across owned and social channels, with emphasis on organic growth and AI-driven discoverability.

This role blends strategy, editorial execution, and social management, partnering with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership in healthcare and B2B SaaS segments.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing and growing organic social media channels.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO principles and how content and social contribute to discoverability.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an editorial mindset.
• Experience working with social publishing tools.
• Comfortable using analytics to inform content decisions (not full-funnel reporting).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive content strategy that supports brand positioning and organic discoverability.
• Own editorial calendar across web and social, informed by SEO, AEO, audience insights, and priorities.
• Create, edit, and optimize content across formats (blog posts, social, web pages, emails).
• Ensure content reflects brand voice and governance guidelines.
• Manage Concord’s organic social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta/Instagram).
• Plan, publish, and optimize social content to increase reach and engagement.
• Align posts with SEO and AEO priorities and high-performing content.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product narratives into audience-focused content.
• Track audience reach and engagement; use insights for optimization.
