Job summary

Bathing Brands seeks a Social Media Specialist to elevate its organic social presence across multiple wellness brands. The role focuses on strategy, content planning, publishing, and community engagement, partnering with creative and marketing teams for production needs.

You will own organic social strategy, calendars, publishing, and performance reporting, while repurposing existing photography and video into platform-native content. Hybrid role based in Wheeling, IL.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional organic social media experience, preferably managing multiple brands or accounts.
• Experience owning social strategy, content calendars, publishing, community management, reporting, and optimization.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adjust tone across different brands and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop organic social strategies and content calendars across multiple brands.
• Translate launches, promotions, and brand positioning into social content.
• Own weekly publishing schedules and maintain content flow across platforms.
• Write captions, hooks, calls to action, and platform-specific copy.
• Create lightweight social content from existing photography and video (reels, stories, edits).
• Manage scheduling, posting, tagging, and quality control across channels.
• Monitor comments and messages, routing leads as needed.
• Track performance and provide monthly reporting with actionable insights.
