Qualifications

• 3–5 years of social media management with ownership of multiple brand accounts.
• Strong copywriting skills across distinct brand voices - clinical, wellness, and performance.
• Video-first mindset with hands-on experience producing Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Proficiency in social scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Later, or similar) and reputation management platforms (Birdeye, Podium, or similar).
• Proficiency with AI content tools for copy, ideation, and A/B message testing.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution across seven entities, developing channel-specific plans and captions.
• Coordinate with the content production team on asset capture and video-first content.
• Build and manage a cross-entity content calendar aligned to campaigns, events, and launches.
• Manage community across all brand accounts, respond to comments, DMs, and reviews within SLAs.
• Lead influencer and partner programs and report reach, engagement, and conversions; use AI tools for testing.
